    Channels not working for Viewsat?

I have a viewsat platinum and extreme. In the beggining, all my channels were working but now some of them just dont have signals or are autorolling. I download updates and load them but that doesnt fix it. Some of the channels are the ESPN channels, the PPV channels, and the Soccer Channels. I really dont know much about Viewsat and all the programs so if you guys could help, please explain clearly. thank you in advance.
