help with sattelite?

i live in witchita falls texas and i was wondering if there was anyway i can get my sattelite pointed directly at dallas

that would be a no. are we talking tv satellite? then it is pointed however the company points it, southwest or something like that. they arent pointed towards any one city since that is not where the signal comes from. they come from the sky.
