ok so i sold my car to him for 0cash!!!, i added all the details that was mentioned wrong about the car and after that he signed the title & the bill of sale,,,,, once he bought it and got home he started calling me for a refund...... Can he do that or can i fight through it without gettin sued? this was a local sign meaning that im not a dealership

Most used car sale between people are "as is". Let him sue you. It will be small claims, and you both tell your verision of events and the judge rules. I would no longer even talk to him.
