ok so i sold my car to him for $900cash!!!, i added all the details that was mentioned wrong about the car and after that he signed the title & the bill of sale,,,,, once he bought it and got home he started calling me for a refund...... Can he do that or can i fight through it without gettin sued? this was a local sign meaning that im not a dealership
I sold my car locally in craigslist and this guy want a refund, What can i do?

Most used car sale between people are "as is". Let him sue you. It will be small claims, and you both tell your verision of events and the judge rules. I would no longer even talk to him.
