How can I access my internet hisory?

I REALLY need help.I don't remember my e-mail adress' password and I am hoping I can retrieve it using my computer's history but there is one problem............where is my computer's history??!!!

I just found out that even if you go into history it stops and asks for a password.So does anybody have any other solutions??please?

Put in your e-mail address then click on forgot password

Open web browser and press Ctrl+H to open history....
Also I use a program to save all my passwords in an encrypted file....
