Absolutly! I have this cranky old witch next door, we are nice, and my mum even makes her meals sometimes - she is a widow and not really able to make much in the kitchen. We are generally quiet, but when ever we pracise the piano in the house, she bangs on the wall and yells out: "CAN'T YOU PEOPLE SHUT UP?! I AM TRYING TO WATCH THE TELEVISION SET!!" God I hate her!
