I'm using bitspirit ( http://www.167bt.com/intl/index.html ) it is a great bittorrent client that works out of the box without the need to configure it and have a great user interface.You can also try uTorrent ( http://www.utorrent.com/ ) it small and full-featured bittorrent client

I like azureus cuz i can configure it to work exactly how i want, but it can be rather complicated. If you want simpler one then above referenced ones are good. Also just an aside, to search for torrent files i use below referenced site. I like it cus you can quickly search for a torrent from mutiple search engines Good luck!
