just tell her straight it's over. hard for a short period of time, but then she'll get over it and move on and find a guy who appreciates her more.

Calmly finish your date, and then when you say goodbye, you tell her that it's not working for you. She will probably feel the same, because no chemistry for you means she didn't feel it either.
