I have had my SERO plan for over a year now but due to family circumstances I have to sign up for a new plan, they will not allow me to keep my old SERO $30 / 500 minute plan. Is there a sprint employee who would be so kind as to send me your email address and the last three digits of your employee ID number so I can access the "new SERO" website?
We are expecting our second child so money is tight right now and the $10 / month savings with the new SERO would really help you. Thanks in advance!
