can I downgrade Iphone 3g to 1.1.4?

I have the 3g and i'm try to see if I can use it on Tmobile by downgrading it to 1.1.4 so that I can used it while waiting for them to unlock the 2.0?

Just by downgrading the iPhone you cannot swap simcards. You can unlock the iPhone for the latest firmware using the permanent remote unlock service from Mobileunlocksolutions.com
