i went on apple.com, they have some stuff for free for free but when i download it, it gets downloaded with ZIP files, i dont know anything about softwares and stuff like this, whats my next step after i connect my iphone to itunes, what to do??

you can unzip and drag-n-drop the files into the Applications folder in iTunes. You can also log in from iTunes and search for your free apps and it will download it there too. Free cracked apps... not sure if I'm allowed to comment on how.
