Red bumps on Chinese water dragon?

I got a chinese water dragon close to two weeks ago, and it has begun developing little red bumps on it's stomach in the last week or so. Does any one have any ideas as to what this is?
The CWD is 17.5 inches long right now and is starting to show signs of being a male.
