Ahh, pop under advertising?

So im surfing on the web and then all of he sudden, my webpage exits and 2 new windows pop out. One says blank, and another is a webpage of Satchii gallery. It is the most annoying thing ever! It happens randomly at different times, even on myspace. I ran 2 different virus scans. One came up wth nothing, but Spyware sweeper came out with about 15 problems. I quarantined the problems but after a while, the satchii gallery pop up happens again! How can i stop this!?!?
