How to remove audio track from blu ray rip (DVD5)?

I download some movie that is blu ray rip, its about 4.3 gb and it has 2 audiotrack (Russian and English) how to remove russian audiotrack and to keep video qualty same, can i use some software for that?... tnx in advance
