Samsung slider stuck on emergency calls only?

Okay so I went to call my friend on my slider, and it said emergency calls only....

I cant text either.

How can I unlock that or make it work?
I'm pretty sure my parents paid our bill.

hmm a samsung slider, who would sell that? i know, t-mobile.

you have to call customer service to get them to tell you a pin unlock code. you probably locked yourself out somehow. call them and they will tell you want to do. good luck
