i have a razr and 250 txt a month
i went over in june and now its july and it says it will reset in august
it keeps the same amount of txts (still over) and now i cant txt for another month!

Your bill cycle must of just ended. Wait 12-24 more hours it will reset. Go ahead and use it. The texts you use now, will not add to the amount that hasn't reset...they will show up tomorrow.
It is sometimes delayed.
