It used to work good earlier but since last saturday whenever I tried to connect it said "ERROR 721: REMOTE COMPUTER DID NOT RESPOND". What is the problem guys?

TATA Indicom USB Modem (CDMA)
OS:
Microsoft XP SP3 v.3311 (Only one week ago I upgraded from XP to XP SP1 and then XP SP3)
