I mean when I go to Youtube I end up getting slow videos. What I mean is that I could go to a different computer and the videos would move fluently while on this computer the videos are kind of choppy and slow. What should I do?
all i can think of is your computer...becasuse if you say they work OK on 1 PC in your house but lagg on another 1, it must be poor computer specifications, or a poor internet connection.(example: wireless connection connected but with poor signal)
