Jul 12, 2008 #2 A aresee New member Jul 12, 2008 5 0 1 You can use any of Microsoft's programs, Word for example, just put your names and addresses into table format and use the A-Z sorting icon on the toolbar. Just make sure you put all entries into one row, not separate rows.
