my nokia 6510 is asking for a ristriction code any time i turn it off, and when

i don't give it, it goes off. the phone keeps demanding for a restriction code when i insert a chip and put it on. but when i take out the chip and put it, it does not give me my serial num when i try checking it with *#06#.the serial num it gives is this:?????????????????000???

hi restriction code is nothing but the mobile is locked to particular network so it wont accept other network sim .to solve this problem you can use codes to unlock the mobile you can get the codes from here prounlocking here they ask
the following details they are mobile model,country and the network which locks your mobile ,imei
number of the mobile .finally they will send the codes to unlock the mobile.
