Do you have to buy the special iphone data plan that is 30$ a month and a rogers plan? i know that you have to buy both inorder to use the data but if you dont want to use the data (like youtube and email) can i just buy the normal rogers plan and NOT get the data plan? PLEASEEE HELLP
