phrase rings a bell, but I can't... ...remember where I've heard it before.Any suggestions when it was last used?

I just don't get the obsession with Iran. And its always alarming when they start issuing statements with words like could in them. Aliens "could" attack tomorrow! If Iran wanted to target British bases in Iraq then surely they have had plenty of opportunities to do so and whilst we were engaged in heavy fighting with "insurgents" would have seemed like a good time to me.

Having read the post above me it seems people are buying the media hype. We don't know that Iran is supporting the insurgency and it seems unlikely. Iran is quite a forward looking Islamic nation in some respects. In common with Iraq they do not have a very hard line - women work and are not covered from head to toe. They are far more reasonable than the Saudis - the inventors of fundamentalism.

Who is selling these weapons to Iran?

I bet it is a member of the UN Security Council.

Who gave Isreal nuclear caapability (the one they deny)?

I bet it is a member of the UN Security Council.

How all our "leaders" shamefully let the human race down.
