ok here is the story. a friend of mine married a guy in the marine corps. weeks after the wedding he was deployed. one year later he returned home and moved "her" and "all of her furniture/personal possesions" from northern Idaho to a marine base in North Carolina. needless to say this did not last long. she returned back home and proceeded to file divorce papers. with a little help from a local law shop she divided their personal property and debts on the forms, received out of state papers stamped by the judge and a copy of a military wavier because aparently you cant divorce military without permission. its a law that was passed in world war two. the husband refuses to sign papers or have any contact with the wife. the wife has epilepsy and needs divorce papers to get on state insurace for untill then she has no home any way to work or tend to her health. military chaplin and other staff were contacted but they as well refused to help. if anyone has any ideas, please help is needed
