just like the Australians do with rabbits, say we culled every killer, pedophile and rapist... not a formal execution as in the chair but an actual cull every 2 months sending in armed prison officers (or if they are willing family members of the victims) to just unload bullet after bullet!
i know if that there was such a procedure it would cause alot of critcism ( human rights blah blah blah bollocks ) but i feel it is time something was done to stop this relaxed view of prisons as holiday camps!... would this have a good effect on not only reducing prison overcrowding but the amount of these crimes that are actually commited?...
