anyone know ways to get better fuel economy from cars?

I have an 04 TL and am wondering how to get better miles to a gallon. Any help is appreciated. Thanx in advance

All you really can do is to keep it tuned up well, try to drive at steady and smooth speeds, when you take off from a stop light take off slowly and gradually go up to driving speed, and try to use freeway driving instead of city driving, as stop and go traffic uses up more gas than freeway/highway driving.
