It was a weird older movie and one of the characters would run fast so in order walk he had to wear big weights on his legs. I also remember a scene where there was a huge man who was in love with a woman and he would take coal and squeeze it into a diamonds for her. That's about all I can remember anyone who has info I would appreciate it.
