    Your bird could be dying... depends on the age/ if there are any existing health issues... I don't know what you mean by something on its feet though. Talons?

    whoa, vet time.
    birds are a p.i.t.a to care for since the types we cage arent indigenous to north america (let along the northern hemisphere) so take him to the vet. now.

    Take him to the Vet immediately. Like someone said above, he may have Gout. Look here:
