Okay yesterday when I was working out I started to experience intense pain in my back that made it painful to breathe. It soon became excruciating pain and I was basically in tears by this point. I finished working out and went home and rested but the pain seemed to come to the front of my chest. Well today it doesn't hurt as much to breathe unless I take a deep breath, but my neck hurts and at points I will have pressure/tightness in my chest. It basically feels like I drank a soda entirely too fast then times that by 3. I went to a doctor but he didn't seem too concerned and basically told me I'm fine to go work out. I'm lost to what I should do because if something is really bad wrong with me then I don't want to aggravate the situation. Please help me! Thanks so much!
