please help!? hey guys, i just bought a new phone which is super confusing to setup! the manual it came with is totally useless

i just want to know if anybody knows how to download the songs you saved from limewire (on the computer) to your phone? please help!

p.s. i bought a sd card with my phone and the guy working there told me it is like a memory card for your music and pictures. while i was taking pictures one day, i found out my limit for storing pictures are 20 max! work than my old phone! and i cant send pictures!! this phone is too fustrating, can anyone pleaseeeee help me out?
