What racing game should I get for XBOX 360?

Should I get Need for Speed Pro Street, Forza 2 or Project Gotham Racing 2? i have played all three of the originals quite a lot and I like them all equally. I have read lots of reviews for all three of these games. I don't know what one I want more. Tell me what to do.
