What's the difference between uncircumcised and circumcised penises???

I am 17 years old.I am not circumcised.I just wonder if it is something i should do or not.Btw,i really like to pull my foreskin over my penis.Is this normal?Whould i stilll be able to do so if i circumcise???

your 17 and you dont know the difference...ask one of your friends. most likely there circumcised. alot of people are now cause its more healthy.

but yeah like the guy said up there its foreskin
