one of my friends sent me this e-mail. the e-mail was entitled "HOLY SHIT!!" and I opened it. has anyone else seen the picture of that girl with the tumor the size of her head attached to her face? I saw that and I got so disturbed I actually got naucious and cried a little.

so, basically, my question is: Is that a real picture or something he made himself with photobucket?
