You didn't say if your hymen (cherry) was intact or not, but it's possible he broke it if it was. If he cut you with his fingernail and made you bleed, you should keep an eye out for infection. Chances are you will be fine, but if you notice any unusual discharge or odor, you should get checked out ASAP!

if he did it fairly rough he could have torn something, or if he didn't cut his nails.. they could have cut the inside of you, its probably nothing to worry about, i wouldn't worry.
