Is there anything which i can do just to help me with the 100m sprint without actually doing, by all means i am practising doing the 100m but just. e.g. do something before school or before bed ^^

do you have an exercise bike or maybe a treadmill try them.... also try the bicycle exercise lay on your back and move your legs like you riding a bicycle!!!
