how to boost the Torrent download ? actually i use utorrent ,but often i face the low seeds and very slow downloading, So, i just wanna konw - How to enhance my downloading and add more seeds to a weaker torrent?

You can't. Seeds are added as more people participate in the torrent for that file/files. If only one site has the file available for seeding, you can't "force" others to seed it unless they connect and make the file available.

Basically, you can't. Try using torrent "trackers." You can find these on sites like www.torrentz.com. You paste the list of trackers in to uTorrent and it speeds up the download.
