it asks for your email (i think) but you never get emails from them.
i love it and it works perfectly.
you can even download your own!

If you have a mac you can use garage band to cut the songs of your choice (and download) and send it via bluetooth. That, for me, is the best way to get a great quality ringtone on your phone, completely customizable, for free.

The ringtones made by you and downloaded to your computer can then be put on your phone with a usb cable. Note: when making ringtones make sure the size is no bigger than 300 KB.
