    "EGR Flow Excessive Detected"?

What does this result mean? Does it mean I have to get a new egr valve? I know a new one runs about 290. Or does it mean something around it has to be fixed in order for it to work properly? I drive a 99 Mazda Protege (1.6). I'm mainly looking for cost.

Get it to a shop and PAY to have it professionally checked out if you want to know. The free code read places are not helpful with this. It could be the egr valve or the dpfe.
