...Republican to select the Supreme Court? THey did it, when complaining about their 'win' on the D.C. gun case ONLY being 5-4. It's extremely unlikely that the Supreme court will be more liberal, since 4 out of the 5 oldest justices are liberal to moderate. (#4 is Scalia) Any selections by Obama will be Status quo. McCain's selections, will change the court much more Conservative. Just bothered me about the dishonest assertion there.
