Whole milk with all the fat in it. Not skim or low fat milk.

"Rich milk" has a higher fat content than whole milk, but less than "half-and-half". I used to buy rich milk at the supermarket in Los Angeles in the late 1980s (Vons Market chain. as I recall) — labeled as such and sold by the half-gallon in the dairy section right next to regular whole milk. Tasted good!

Sorry, it's pasteurized and homogenized like any other commercially available milk; it is NOT raw milk, which is illegal to sell to the public.

Rich Milk is whole milk but with a higher fat content, yet less milk fat than "half-and-half". I used to buy it in Los Angeles at the supermarket in the late 1980s (Vons Market chain, as I recall). Sold in half-gallons in the dairy section right next to whole milk.
