LG Env master reset????

There should be a "master reset" in the (something like) menu - settings - phone settings - security (the code is the last 4 of your #) - restore/reset.

To get your phone number off, do this...

For LG vx9900 enV only:

1.Press "menu" + 0 and press “000000”
2.Press "1" key for Service Programming
3.Press "ok" (Read only)
4.Input the "Phone number (MDN)" and press "ok” - Just put 10 zeros
5.Input the "Phone number (MIN)" and press "ok” - Just put 10 zeros
6.Input the "NAM1 Home SID" and press "ok”
7.Input the "NAM1 Name" and press "ok”
8.Confirmation "Basic NAM1 is completed" when programmed successfully
9.Press Left Soft Key for "Exit". Powering Down will proceed

If you are trying to delete all your contacts go into the contacts menu and scroll all the way down to #8. Erase All.

2. Type in the " PROGRAM9900 " So Far you should have " ##77647269900 "
3.Press "1" key for Service Programming
4.Press "ok" (Read only)
5.Input the "Phone number (MDN)" and press "ok” - Just put 10 zeros
6.Input the "Phone number (MIN)" and press "ok” - Just put 10 zeros
7.Input the "NAM1 Home SID" and press "ok”
