ok well I'm 15 years old and I weigh 96 pounds. I'm about 5 '2
and well I'm not sure what you can say about that.
healthy or not?
I really want to get into shape, or ummmm well just be flat or something again how I used to be because it sort-of doesn't look like that. I am not going anorexic.

I was wondering if eating
cereal in the morning, and then a mild lunch, with a mild dinner or so and water for the drink every so and so day will be good for me?
Also, I walk 4 times or more a week.
And i'm going to start doing sit ups (50) a day or so
will it help me?
