Can i use a sony ericson W810i walkman fone on a plane?

It has the 'start walkman onli' setting so that's ok isnt it on a plane, coz its the signal they dont like isnt it??

If it has a 'flight safe mode' then you are definitely fine to use it on a plane.
You should probably call the airline or check online though to make sure

yeh. if you use it without emitting wifi or signal or whatever you can use it. i have a sony ericsson w850i and when i switch on the phonr theres a choice between settings; normal or flight.obv its flight. yours probably doesnt do that though or you wouldnt ask i guess.

practice first though, and check that you never have any signal when using it in that setting.

I'm not sure that you can actually, I've been on around 3 flights this year, and all of them have specifically stated that even if the phone has a 'flight mode' it should be switched off...but you could always check with the air stewardess on your flight.
