I can't stop smoking weed and cigs?

i try so hard and i end up smoking again, I am not lazy or irresponsible and i seem to fail in this. i think i like the whole social thing and I can't do the patch it makes me almost throw up and feel really dizzy. any advise?
i don't want to go to any meetings anyone know of how well chantix works for my cigs, i think i can manage the weed part myself(i think) my willpower is weak
