Limewire won't connect to the internet? :(?

I've had Limewire for maybe two years and today it isn't connecting to the internet. Last night I used it and it was working perfectly- but when I tried today all my downloads "Needs more sources". Then it told me to go to File > Connect. So I did, and it has been 'connecting' for over an hour. Its not working. I have Windows XP, and all of the bars are red except the little one which is green, and when I hover it says You are currently connecting to the network.

I tried turning off my firewall and try downloading but its not working either.

Try download another version, not every file has enough sources

You can also try downloading torrents, they often have loads of sources (try isohunt.com for instance, limewire can also work with torrents)
