how can i know if my dogs leg is broken or sprained?

this morning i wake up to see my dog walking with only three of his legs. i was terrified! he is not putting any pressure on his front right leg. he does sit down and he is not wining or licking his leg. when i touch his leg he dosent cry or anything so im guessing that he might not feel that much pain. how can i know if it is a sprain or a break?
    please help me!!

i dont know what to do...

An X-ray is the only way to tell for sure. Make an appointment with your vet.
