could it be possible for an employee working at a local call centre to set up my home computer to be used remotely by another computer say eg the employees own home computer ..... if they knew my name and account details etc. and service provider.. would it be possible for them to remotely access my computer and set up my computer to be remotely spied on by the employee on their own home computer .... this morning my computer had window saying 'new network detected' ... ( i don't have wireless connection ) i had to allow this connection before i could use my computer.. could i inadvertantly given permission to someone at a call centre as described above to remotely connect my computer to the employees home computer in order for them to spy on my emails and details etc ... i have had a dissagreement with someone recently who works for virgin media (my service provider) at the call centre down the road from my home
