blackberry says "User account is in INVALID mode"?

I saw that some people have this same question that i did. So, i figured i would help some people out if i could.

    1) you might not need this step to find "BlackBerry Setup" but if needed - click the bb symbol next to the trackball and select show all.
2)find the bb setup and go to "set up Wizard"
    3) click on email accounts then go down to validate
4)this is from memory so i think it should be pretty easy and will you will be prompted after this.
    5)hope this helps
6)back to sending and receiving email.

    i hope this helps.
