If the car is white exterior with tan interior - is there a big difference being able to see into the car?

Also - how hard is it really to see outside at night through the 15% compared to the 35%?

Yes. It is a very big difference in visibility. You should check local laws as tint can vary by county and city. Check out this car which is tinted with 35% on the back window and 15% on the car windows. Perfect comparison: http://rides.webshots.com/photo/1172004643051031421SZPruh

15% at night is like wearing REALLY dark sunglasses at night. check local laws before you tint, some states only allow 35% and only on certain windows

i have 15 on my back windows and 20 on my driver & passengers sides. its pretty hard to back up while i'm driving at night. but the darker the tint, the better the car looks from the outside. :)

I have 5% on all my windows and I dont have a problem with seeing at night, I'm about to get my other car tinted and I've opted for the 15%.
