I am confused about using sprinting blocks.
When you stand straight and have someone push you, and you step out.
Is that the foot that goes in the front?
And how can I strengthen my hands so I can form the bridge between the thumb and fingers, so I can manage to hold my shoulders over the line when 'set' is called?
