Internet Security On Public Computer-LIbrary?

I think I have found a good internet saving account.

However I am kind of nervous about using the internet when it comes to investing my hard earned savings.

I have not got my own computer and so have to rely on using the library’s public computer. I also use these computers for my internet/current account and have had no problem with internet banking on this side.

Is it safe to use a public computer when it comes to opening an account-and transferring money from one to the other?
